Greg Dunnan - Principal
 
Greg Dunnan, PE-LEED AP, is a senior project manager and engineering technical leader with 20 years of experience in municipal, industrial, commercial and residential projects and construction management.  This includes 12 years of local, Arizona engineering experience.
 
Mr. Dunnan was most recently a partner in Atwell-Hicks, LLC.  This 200-person, 11-office civil engineering firm has both a nationwide and international footprint.  As office manager and team leader, he had responsibilities for business development, client and project management, staff management and development, and the financial success of the office.
 
He has performed as principal designer and project manager for local arterial street-widening projects in the City of Mesa, City of Chandler, Town of Gilbert, City of Casa Grande, Maricopa County, and Pinal County.  He is the designer, project manager, inspector and construction manager for major water, sewer, lift station, sanitary force main, reclaimed water main and agricultural irrigation projects.
 
Mr. Dunnan also worked as a consulting Project and Construction Manager (PM/CM) to the Town of Gilbert, Arizona.  As PM/CM for multiple capital improvement projects, he provided project budgeting and scheduling, managed design consultants, provided technical oversight and coordinated and led public meetings.  This position included managing contractor bidding and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) negotiations for several multi-million dollar CM@Risk projects. 
 
He has comprehensive experience in commercial and private project development, having worked for national clients such as Walmart, Walgreens, QuikTrip, Shea Homes and Pulte Homes and for many private clients.
