Dana Park Village Square Commercial Development (Phase 1 of 60 acres)
Mesa, Arizona: Project manager for grading, drainage, street improvements, and utilities for this first phase of a commercial development. The project included coordination between ADOT, the City of Mesa and the Town of Gilbert. Design of ½ mile of offsite arterial street and median design for Val Vista Road and Baseline Road.
