Water/Wastewater: Sewer and Water Studies

West San Tan Regional Sewer Study, Gilbert, Arizona: This study encompassed 14 square miles of the Town’s southern planning area and was ultimately incorporated into the Town master plan.


East Gilbert Sewer Study - Gilbert, Arizona: This regional sewer study encompassed 15 square miles of Gilbert’s eastern planning area and was ultimately incorporated into the Town master plan.


Spectrum Project Master Sewer, Water and Reclaimed Water Plan – Gilbert, AZ: Utility master plan for 1300-acre master planned development.


Layton Lakes: Sewer, Water and Reclaimed Water Master Plan - Gilbert and Chandler, Arizona:

Utility master plan for 900-acre master planned development. The study included miles of water, sewer, reclaimed water and lake recirculation piping of various sizes.


Ray Road Sewer and Water Cost Sharing Study - Gilbert, Arizona: This study provided cost sharing for property owners benefiting from utility improvements.

Red River Master Water Plan: Project Manager responsible for the project Water Master Plan hydraulic model, alternatives analysis, cost estimating and design of the water distribution system and raw water piping for over 12,000 home sites. The system linked three reservoir locations and 15 well sites.


Red River Master Sewer Plan: Project Manager responsible for the project Sewer Master Plan and design of over 12 miles of gravity sewer flowing to a new wastewater treatment plant. The study was for a 4,000-acre master planned area. Provided master utility plans including cost estimates, hydraulic modeling and alternatives analysis.


Red River Master Effluent Plan: Project Manager responsible for the project Effluent Master Plan and design of over 4 miles of effluent delivery to aquifer storage and recovery wells and reservoirs/lakes. The study encompassed a 4,000-acre master planned community. Provided master utility plans, cost estimates, hydraulic modeling and alternatives analysis.
